Our network operates with a robust structure, ensuring that every aspect of our community is meticulously managed and supported. Our network is organized into four distinct teams, each with a specific focus and set of responsibilities. These teams work cohesively to maintain a positive and well-functioning environment within our Discord server and across our broader network. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each team and their roles:

Staff Team

The Staff Team is the backbone of our network’s moderation and administrative functions. This team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Discord server and handling any issues that arise. The Staff Team is comprised of several roles, each with distinct responsibilities:

• Owner: The Owner is the primary decision-maker and visionary for the network. They oversee all operations, set long-term goals, and provide overall direction for the network’s growth and development.

• Managers: Managers are responsible for overseeing specific areas of the network, such as moderation, community engagement, or administrative tasks. They ensure that their respective teams are functioning effectively and report directly to the Owner.

• Coordinators: Coordinators handle the logistical aspects of running the server, such as scheduling events, managing staff shifts, and facilitating communication between different teams. They play a key role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

• Admins: Admins are responsible for high-level administrative tasks, including managing server settings, enforcing policies, and resolving complex issues. They support Managers and Coordinators by ensuring that server rules and configurations are correctly implemented and maintained.

• Senior Moderators: Senior Moderators have extensive experience in moderation and are responsible for supervising Moderators and Trainee Moderators. They handle more complex issues and provide guidance and support to their team.

• Moderators: Moderators are the primary enforcers of server rules and guidelines. They monitor interactions, address rule violations, and assist members with any issues they encounter.

• Trainee Moderators: Trainee Moderators are individuals in training, learning the ropes of moderation. They work under the supervision of Senior Moderators and Moderators, gaining experience and gradually taking on more responsibilities.

Community Volunteers

Community Volunteers play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment within our server. As voluntary and empathetic individuals, they act as the first point of contact for members seeking help and guidance. Their responsibilities include:

• Welcoming New Members: Community Volunteers help newcomers feel at home by guiding them through the server and answering any initial questions they may have.

• Technical Assistance: They assist with technical issues, ensuring that members have a smooth experience on the server.

• Providing Emotional Support: Volunteers conduct informal support sessions, offering a space for members to talk about everyday challenges and receive practical advice without engaging in formal therapy.

• Collaboration: They work closely with the Staff Team and Therapists to address members' needs promptly and effectively. Their role is to bridge the gap between staff, therapists, and the community, making sure everyone feels supported and connected.

Therapists

Our Therapists provide specialized support and therapy sessions to members, focusing on various areas of personal and emotional well-being. The Therapist Team is divided into several groups, each with a specific focus:

• Senior Therapists: Senior Therapists have extensive experience and oversee the therapeutic practices within their specialized area. They provide guidance to other therapists and handle complex cases.

• Therapists: Therapists conduct individual therapy sessions, focusing on their specific areas of expertise, such as general therapy, trauma, relationships, self-exploration, or crisis intervention.

• Tyro Therapists: Tyro Therapists are in training, gaining experience under the supervision of Senior Therapists and more experienced Therapists. They assist in sessions and gradually take on more responsibilities as they develop their skills.

The different therapy groups include:

• General Therapy Sessions: Address a wide range of everyday issues and personal challenges.

• Trauma Therapy Sessions: Focus on helping individuals deal with past trauma and emotional scars.

• Relationship Therapy Sessions: Provide support for issues related to personal relationships and interpersonal dynamics.

• Self-Exploration and Personal Growth Sessions: Aid individuals in understanding themselves better and working towards personal development.

• Crisis Intervention and Support Sessions: Offer immediate support and intervention for members in urgent need of help.

Agents

Agents are responsible for overseeing both the moderation and technical aspects of our network. They are high ranked staff members that operate on a larger scale. Their specialized tasks include:

• Moderation Oversight: Agents work alongside the Staff Team to ensure that moderation practices are effective and consistent across the server.

• Website and Forum Management: They handle the maintenance and development of our website and forum, ensuring they are functional and up-to-date.

• Headquarters Oversight: Agents manage the administrative and operational functions of our network headquarters, coordinating between various teams and ensuring that all aspects of the network run smoothly.
