Ban Appeal Wait Times

If you believe that your ban was incorrect or potentially abusive, you have the option to appeal without any waiting period. However, we urge you to carefully review the reason for your ban before proceeding with an appeal. You can find this information in the direct messages with our bot, most likely in the same place where you received the link to this page.

In the event that your ban was indeed justified, please note that there are specific wait times associated with each instance of being banned. For a first-time ban, you must wait at least 2 months before submitting an appeal. For a second-time ban, the waiting period is extended to 5 months. Please keep in mind that if this is your third ban, appeals will not be considered.

What should I put into my appeal?

When preparing your appeal, it is essential to remember that this is your opportunity to persuade us that you should not be banned. We encourage you to approach your appeal as you would when asking someone for something important. Merely expressing remorse shortly after being banned will not result in an immediate reversal of your ban. Hence, we require correctly banned users to fulfill their punishment and wait for a minimum of 2 months.

Please ensure that you provide your Discord username and tag at the time of your ban when submitting your appeal. This information is crucial for us to locate your account and assess your situation. If it has been a considerable amount of time since your ban, and you no longer remember your exact username at the time, make sure that your current name is accurate (including proper capitalization).

What if I don’t receive a response?

In the event that you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please understand that our moderators diligently work to address all ban appeals and support tickets. If you haven't heard back after a significant period, such as a week, it may indicate a technical issue. Make sure to double check if you are able to receive DMs from Dyno. If you do not share any servers with Dyno or have DMs disabled, we will not be able to contact you. If this is not the case, we recommend resubmitting your appeal to ensure that it reaches us properly. We also advise checking your friend requests and DMs regularly, to avoid missing any updates regarding the processing of your ban appeal.

Appealing a blacklist ban

Blacklists are the most severe form of punishment. This is why we do not accept traditional written appeals. A verbal appeal is required for this. You’ll have to submit a traditional appeal. In this appeal you’ll request to schedule a verbal appeal with one of our available moderators. This appeal will happen on Discord, as it is our preferred platform for all communication.
