You will receive free professional help, and look for a tailor-made solution together. Of course, this takes place in complete confidentiality.

In addition to individual counseling, these services also organize training courses and activities on mental health. You will learn how to deal with failure anxiety, to worry less, to sleep better, to deal with procrastination or to become fitter in your head.

Many training sessions are free of charge; for others, you pay a small contribution.
