Moderation Transparency: We prioritize transparency and fairness in our moderation practices to ensure a positive community environment. Our disciplinary actions are systematic and objective, aimed at maintaining a safe space for all members.
Legal Disclaimers: Please note that while we strive to provide accurate information and maintain a secure environment, Sad Sorrows and its administrators cannot be held liable for individual user actions or the accuracy of all content shared within the community. By participating in therapy sessions, you agree to abide by these legal disclaimers.
Waiver of Release: As part of our commitment to safety, the Waiver of Release protects both Sad Sorrows and community members from liability for any harm or loss during therapy sessions. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the Waiver of Release.
Confidentiality Agreement
This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Saso Inc. ("Company") and its employees, contractors, and affiliates ("Recipient") effective as of the date of signing.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive information belonging to Saso Inc., including but not limited to business strategies, financial data, intellectual property, and client information.
2. Confidential Information
Confidential Information shall include any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by Saso Inc. to the Recipient in connection with their role within the Company. This includes, but is not limited to:
Business plans, strategies, and objectives
Financial statements and forecasts
Intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets
Client information, including personal data and therapy session details
Any other information marked or identified as confidential by Saso Inc.
3. Obligations of Recipient
Recipient agrees to:
a. Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information received from Saso Inc. and not disclose, divulge, or share such information with any third party without prior written consent from Saso Inc.
b. Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing duties within the scope of their role at Saso Inc. and refrain from using such information for personal gain or benefit.
c. Implement reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of Confidential Information, including but not limited to password protection, encryption, and secure storage practices.
d. Refrain from copying, reproducing, or distributing Confidential Information in any form without explicit authorization from Saso Inc.
4. Exceptions
Recipient's obligations under this Agreement shall not apply to information that:
a. Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Recipient.
b. Was already known to the Recipient prior to disclosure by Saso Inc. as evidenced by written records.
c. Is independently developed by the Recipient without reference to or use of Confidential Information belonging to Saso Inc.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the Recipient's association with Saso Inc. and shall survive termination or cessation of such association. Upon termination, Recipient shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information in their possession.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ✰Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
