Hai! I'm Hailey! I am the HR Lead here at Sad Sorrows. I focus on the behavior of staff and teams in the server. I then apply psychological principles and research methods to improve the overall work environment, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction, and safety. I coordinate the final decisions on approving applications and evaluating interviews for our server. If our staff or therapists experience problems on the job, I'm the person they reach out to. I am also the Community Manager and keep the server updated with regular announcements. Besides that, I am also Sr. Therapist and guide our tyros and therapists in the fields of teamwork, work atmosphere, and work ethics. I help with support tickets and do background checks on both staff and therapist applicants to ensure they meet all necessary requirements! On the website, I co-manage design and lead blog and article related content.
